Mentally Stable (Probably) sells written, psychology-based insight in response to questions submitted through this website, across three packages: Quick Insight, Deep Dive, and Action Plan. The service is educational and general in nature, as described in our Disclaimer.
This service is intended for adults. By submitting a question, you confirm that you are old enough to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
Payment is due at the time you submit your question, through our third-party payment processor. Your question will be answered only once payment is confirmed.
Turnaround times listed on our Packages page are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur.
Because each response is prepared individually, we generally do not offer refunds once a response has been delivered. If you believe there has been an error with your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it.
There is one guaranteed exception. Some questions fall outside what this service can responsibly answer — including those involving crisis, self-harm, abuse, a child's safety, diagnosis, or medication. If we decline to answer your question for any of these reasons, you receive a full refund automatically, with no need to request it, along with information about services better suited to help. You are never charged for a question we don't answer.
You agree not to use this service for illegal purposes, to submit someone else's personal information without consent, or to misrepresent an emergency situation as a general question.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentally Stable (Probably) is not liable for decisions made based on insight provided through this service. Use of this service is at your own discretion.
